About
Elena Papernaya is a contemporary artist working between Monaco and France.
Her works are held in private collections in Paris, Monaco, New York, London, Stockholm, Zurich, Luxembourg, Brussel, Moscow, Buenos Aires.
She is a member of the National Committee of A.I.A.P. (UNESCO) in Monaco.
Her practice explores painting as a perceptual threshold between inner and outer landscapes. Through the series Horizons of Lightness, Papernaya investigates spatial transition, colour rhythm, and states of presence.
